imWorks was grounded early 2010 with the goal to offer the experiences, gathered at an international market leader in large format printing, to the printing market internationally.
The grounder, Emiel Veenstra, has a broad experience from his praxis, next to his theoretical knowledge.

After studying management and marketing at the Technical University of Eindhoven, Emiel has worked with several different companies, and has started with Océ in Venlo in 1986.
He has been active in several marketing and sales funktions. Already since the late 80-s he has been working with and at colour in large format.
Since 1992 Emiel has worked with Océ in Germany. Here he designed, built up and managed a sales and support organisation for the large format colour market.

Since late 2002 he implemented the new Display Graphics organisation of Océ Germany and Austria. He was the responsible manager for DGS in Germany until he left the company early 2010. In this period of time Emiel gathered and applied valuable experiences in the Display Graphics market: applications, marketingthemes, salesthemes and of course peoples management. Equally imporant are his very good contacts with software and hardware developers and suppliers, with a focus on large format colour applications. Océ Display Graphics became market leader in Germany and the business multiplied in the past years.

During this period, Emiel has developed and maintained his own style and several support tools. These have been successfully applied with own customers.
We offer this Knowhow and these experiences as independent consultant / coach / interim manager and we will further develop and improve our tools and knowledge. We do this in close co operation with software- and other business partners.
